Staghorn calculus and ureteric stone

57 year old man complaining of right loin pain.
He has a history of aortic aneurysm surgery and repair done 4 years earlier.
Ultrasound was done first and showed right renal staghorn calculus with a complex cyst in the upper pole of right kidney. In the left kidney, moderate hydronephrosis was seen with a large upper third ureteric stone.

A KUB x-ray was then done.
It confirmed a 1.1cm right staghorn calculus and 2.8x1.4cm left upper third ureteric calculus.
