Breast cancer

43 year old female presented with palpable right breast lump of a month duration.
Ultrasound showed a hypoechoic, irregularly shaped solid lesion with posterior shadowing detected at 11 'clock, about 2cm distance to nipple. Angulation and spiculations are also seen. Suspicious microcalcifications and intralesional vascularity noted. Multiple extensions are seen from the primary solid lesion. The size of the primary lesion measures about 1.5cm.
No axillally lymph nodes seen.
The lesion is consistent with BIRADS 4 right breast solid lesion
